Existing hotel operations:

• Ground floor – Move hotel reception onto the ground floor, along with group check-in administration offices and the Avani Pantry bistro and bar
• First Floor –  Conversion into conferencing rooms and renovation on exiting hotel buffet restaurant and new gym
• 15Th floor – Full a la carte restaurant, sunset bar, and conferencing room, with pre-assembly area
